What personal data we process

Depending on how you use ProShot Systems, we may process your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, account details, shooting scores, club and squad memberships, coaching records, competition entries, device and log information, and any messages or support requests you send us.

ProShot Systems is operated from the United States and South Africa. When personal data is transferred outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and on the UK Addendum where applicable.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the service, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
